Night Wobble on the Brass Sconce: Part 44
I wiggled back indoors through the front door gap just as London's night turned chilly, bouncing quietly across the parquet toward the warm hearth. Resting flat on the woven wool rug—completely open, with not a tub or container in sight—was an unhung, polished brass wall sconce with a flat reflective backplate and two curving arms. Gathering a buoyant spring, I plopped right onto the flat, mirror-bright brass plate! My soft green bottom squished flat against the warm, polished metal, and my resilient give sent a tiny, gentle rocking tremor through the twin sconce arms. The firelight flickered across the clean golden brass, sending sleepy amber ripples straight through all my glitter as I settled down to rest. #Squishmallows #SquishyToys #Squish @cataww234
