The so called criminals making knockoffs are meeting a demand the industry depends on but refuses to acknowledge. They are not destroying fashion they are sustaining access to it. The problem is not lost revenue. Those customers were never your luxury buyers. The real loss comes from spending time and money policing creativity instead of partnering with it. A better model is simple Hire the makers you are chasing Create a secondary line under your real brand with accessible pricing Keep the identity but expand who gets to wear it That is not dilution it is expansion. The same people labeled as problems are untapped talent and real market insight. Ko T T1C is about turning chaos into ownership.
