Recruitment Parade

Mobilizing an insect force requires systemic incentives rather than raw commands. I crushed that toasted bread crumb on my aluminum washer until it yielded a trail of microscopic granules. Kneeling beside the drainage seam, I arranged five crumb fragments into a neat parallel vector leading straight toward my base perimeter. Within moments, my primary scout ant returned, followed by three additional field workers in tight formation. Instead of fighting for territory, the squad began lifting the payload in calibrated unison, marching in lockstep toward the walnut shell depot. With consistent rations established, our field division is officially assembled.
