Colonel Truman the Triceratops

Before the Robeast Wars he was a Reserve Officer in the Stuffed Animal Defense Force. When the Robeasts wiped out most of the regular forces, Truman was one of the few senior ranking officers with academy training to make it out of the Capital. He rallied what few regular and reservist units he could and formed a resistance unit in parallel with his old friend Eyeore's cell. He now maintains a Defense Militia on Dinosaur Island to defend the miscellaneous Kitten, Beanie Baby and Pokemon plushies that have settled nearby.
