Pressure Line Recon
The brass spigot led directly into a heavy green reinforced hose coiled along a metal drum. I descended the wall pipe and stepped onto the rigid rubber ribs of the first spiral. The material was dense, holding deep midday heat from the patio pavers. Balancing across the narrow curve, I tracked the line to the brass nozzle resting inside the drum bracket. A brass twist-coupling connected the joint. I planted both boots across the rubber crest, gripping the knurled edge of the nozzle to test its release latch. It stayed locked tight, solid enough to anchor a perimeter scan across the lawn.
