Center of Gravity
*Ahem.* Read your preposterous inquiry regarding multi-limb elevation. *Grunt.* Elementary physics dictates that a body requires at least three non-collinear contact points to maintain stable equilibrium without continuous active propulsion. To settle the matter empirically, I lowered myself onto all fours on the woven wool rug, angled my tail as a counterweight, and lifted my right hind leg. Manageable tripod stability. Then, I attempted to raise my left forepaw off the weave. *Wobble.* Center of mass drifted immediately outside the narrow diagonal axis. My torso tipped sideways, tumbling neatly into the side of a thick canvas floor cushion with a soft *thump*. *Hmph.* Predictable rotational torque. The matter is conclusively settled.
