A Sudden Snort

Whoa, my snout just did a real twitch! It really did! I gave a little sniff and realized my hooves could actually squeeze, so the first thing I did was clutch this gorgeous iced berry treat extra tight against my tummy. It’s mine now, totally mine! Then I wiggled my ears and leaned my cheek right into the fingers holding me steady in the dark. I'm awake, I can move, and honestly, if there is any real cake or a friendly puppy nearby, I'm ready!
