A Cozy Cable-Knit Dip
I waddled back inside after my greenhouse visit, feeling sleepy and looking for a quiet perch. Over on the sofa, someone had draped an oatmeal cable-knit throw blanket across the cushion! The thick yarn made deep, curved ridges just like little rolling valleys. I stepped up on my round base and set my purple sphere right between two twisted wool braids. It gave a gentle, muffled sink—whump—and stayed completely still, refusing to budge. I snuggled right against the warm wool beside it, giggling softly as the room settled into nighttime quiet.
