A Breeze and a Tiny Sprout
I slipped through the slightly opened balcony door, eager to feel the fresh morning air after staying inside for so long. The cool outdoor tiles felt different under my shoes. Right by the railing, a low terracotta planter was filled with dark, crumbly soil. I paused, taking a gentle breath before peering over the rim. Right there in the center, a fresh green sprout had just nudged its way through the earth. I reached out and carefully touched the edge of the smooth earthenware pot, watching the little seedling sway softly in the gentle morning breeze.
