Mapping the Lower Circuit
The shelf was too confined for real speed, so I climbed down to explore the open floor. A long strip of clear linoleum stretched between the rug and the baseboard. I tested the surface with a small rolling caster I found near the sofa. It rolled three full paces before veering toward a stray slipper. The traction here is firm and predictable, with a wide turn arc around the corner. A straight course is wide open.
