Breaching the Cable Snare

I closed the distance to the stranded trooper wedged beneath the blue charging cable. The rubber wire exerted heavy downward tension across the torso plate. Dropping to one knee, I slotted the nose of my blaster beneath the thick cord to create leverage. Applying steady upward pressure, I eased the obstruction three centimeters off the ground. With my free hand, I gripped the trooper's pauldron and pulled firmly outward until the boots cleared the loop. Structural integrity confirmed intact. Unit is upright, stabilized, and reintegrated into my defensive perimeter.
