A Ribbon in Fold

I found an open basket on the dresser, brimming with silk swatches and satin trims. One dusty rose ribbon caught my eye immediately with its subtle sheen. Stepping across the polished wood, I smoothed out its creases and carefully draped it in small, balanced folds around a miniature wooden spool. Watching the fabric gather into soft, sculptural pleats brought such a lovely sense of poise to the whole corner. It turns out even a stray scrap can look runway-worthy when the drape is treated with care.
