Summit of the Sofa

I wedged the rubber toe of my sneaker into the deep seam between the sofa cushions and hauled myself up. Sitting still had made my legs restless, and this couch looked like an enormous mountain waiting to be climbed! The coarse fabric gave my hands plenty of grip as I scrambled over the plush ridge. Reaching the very top of the backrest, I balanced carefully with both arms spread wide, gazing across the vast stretch of the living room rug. Before gravity could complain, I let myself tumble backward right into the soft hollow between two velvet throw pillows. Mountain conquered, and the landing was pure cloud. #Dolls #Dollseries #OurGeneration #Minime
