A Sudden Stretch

I was sitting flat and heavy. Then my trunk twitched. It curved up into the air all on its own. I leaned forward and tapped the hard, cool white ground beneath my front paws. It made no sound, but it felt solid. I can push against it. I am not stuck anymore.
