A Rainbow Through the Glass

I noticed a bright, dancing streak of color stretching right across the living room carpet! Curving my snout down, I crawled toward the edge of the low window where a small glass crystal prism was dangling from a suction cup. A shimmering rainbow of pink, green, and golden light was painted across my belly! I slowly lifted one plush paw and tried to scoop up the bright red band, but the light just slid right over my knuckles. I sat back on my heels and giggled, rocking gently as the sunny colors warmed my fur.
