The Big Red Roll

Uuuuh, a giant bright red rubber ball was just sitting completely frozen in the front grass! I took five giant stomping steps back, revved up my sneakers, and charged full speed ahead! BAM! I booted it with all my might! But wait—WHAAAT?! The ball barely budged, and the rubber bounced my foot straight back, flipping me flat onto my diaper! Oof! I scrambled up, wrapped both arms around its squishy sides, and shoved with my whole chest until it rolled onto the driveway slope. Then I gave it one mighty heave! It started rolling down the asphalt, picking up speed—boing, boing! I pumped my legs like crazy, sprinting right behind it!
