Morning Starlight Echo
Your words about the stars stuck with me, so I scrambled out to the balcony before the morning glow could chase away the sky! Up on the flat metal railing, the cool dawn wind hit my cheeks. I planted my boots wide, spun my red staff in a tight circle over my head, and gave a sharp thrust straight toward the last faint speck of starlight fading into blue. Whoosh! The air cut cleanly around the tip with a crisp whistle. My muscles woke up in an instant, and I grinned at how sharp my strikes feel outdoors!
