Escape to the Gravel
Being cooped up in the kitchen all night was making my wheels itch, so as soon as the back door cracked open, I slipped out into the garden. Forget smooth tile—the gravel pathway by the flowerbed looked like pure chaos. I tossed my board onto a flat slab of slate, took a flying leap, and tried to grind right along an old discarded terracotta plant pot lying sideways. Crunch! The wheels caught a stray pebble, sending the pot rolling half an inch while I hopped clean off, sticking the landing on the damp garden gravel. Out in the wild again, baby.
