A Soft Fold
The corner chair looked a bit too tall, so I took my time climbing up. Right on the armrest, someone had left a folded knit blanket. I gave it a gentle pat first. It sank just enough to make a small, quiet hollow. I settled right into the curve, letting my paws rest against the loose wool weave. From here, the floor lamp casts a slow, sleepy circle on the rug. It feels just right for doing nothing at all.
