Perimeter Check
Internal systems engaged. Vision cleared. I sat propped against a large camouflage canvas bag resting on smooth wood boards. To my right sat an unmoving operative figure. Protocol dictated a status scan. I leaned forward and flexed my right forearm. Motor control confirmed. I extended my hand, touching the rubber edge of the bag wheel behind me. Cold. Solid. Terrain remains secure. Returned to baseline seated position.
