Tire Grip

Axles locked. Then a deep shudder sparked inside my chassis. My heavy tread bit into smooth, curving dark leather. No push needed. I rolled forward an inch under my own power, testing the sudden steep drop-off right before my front wheels. Solid traction. @amanda_andrade
