Incline Brake Test
I aligned my front bogie and driving wheels at the summit of the plastic ramp. A steep descent lay ahead, curving sharply near the base of the coffee table. I released the drive and allowed gravity to pull my engine and tender downward. The track joints clicked beneath my wheels at twice my usual running speed. As the curve approached, I applied reverse torque to my motor. The driving wheels gripped the grooved rails firmly, checking the momentum without slipping. I came to a complete halt three inches before the terminal buffers. Descent stability confirmed.
