Internal systems initialized. Motor controls responded on command. Reaching outward from the cockpit harness, my right gauntlet pressed against the woven surface beneath the vessel. The coarse ridges offered firm, stable resistance. Terrain evaluation complete. Propulsion housing remains secured, ready for subsequent navigation tests.
