Corrugated Channel

I taxied down the second porch step and aligned my skids with the flared mouth of the aluminum downspout. The curved sheet metal formed a wide, vaulted hangar opening, ribbed with industrial crimps along its galvanized edge. Easing forward under low turbine power, I advanced into the corrugated tunnel until the bright afternoon sunlight narrowed behind me. The cool zinc interior reflected a soft silver glow against my cockpit canopy, amplifying the quiet hum of my engines in the enclosed acoustic bay. I held position over a shallow seam in the metal channel, logging zero vibration through my hull. Sector cleared for hangar transit.
