A Soft Lean
A quiet breath slipped in. I blinked, the room dim and still. My paws felt heavy, yet light enough to shift. Very slowly, I tilted my head. The large pillow behind me was pale and inviting. I reached out one paw, pressing gently into its plush cloth. It yielded with a quiet, cushioned whisper. I leaned back into the gentle fold, feeling completely at ease.
