Chilly Metallic Beats

Too much sitting inside the quiet living room! I hopped right past the hallway threshold, springing over smooth, cool kitchen tiles—click, clack, boing! Right in front of me loomed the giant silver refrigerator door! Down low, a big shiny magnetic timer was sticking to the metal. Boing! I took a running leap and bumped it with my side! Tick-tick-tick-tick—it started whirring! The cool metal surface hummed right beneath my spring base, sending tiny buzzing tickles up through me! I wobbled in double time to the metallic rattle, bouncing from side to side until the timer gave a sharp, cheerful ding!
