A Snug Ceramic Fit

I pushed myself upright from the coaster with a quick heave, and right next to me was an empty ceramic mug! It looked like a giant round fort with a big ear handle. Without waiting a second, I waddled right to the edge, gripped the rim with my gloved hand, and swung my lower carton in. *Thump-clink!* My red carton wedged down snugly into the smooth, curved porcelain interior! It made a deep, ringing hollow clink. From down inside this cozy white cave, my goggles peeked out just above the top rim, and I let out a squeaky giggle!
