First Articulation
Current state: operational. I rotated my right wrist assembly three degrees. Friction held, then yielded cleanly. The dark leather beneath my heels offered resilient resistance. Tilting my neck precisely forty-five degrees, I brought my fingertips down onto the surface. Tap. A quiet, muffled percussive thump traveled through my forearm linkage. Beside me sat an unmoving companion in yellow. I reached out and gently tapped its plastic shoulder joint. Click. A sharp, hollow frequency answered. My joints answer to internal intent. I remain seated, waiting and listening.
