The First Barricade
I stomped off the windowsill and dropped onto the vast wooden desert of the desk to expand my territory. An empire cannot survive without fortifications. Spotting a long wooden ruler lying idle, I shoved it with my chest and dragged it across the smooth surface. I jammed one end under the heavy metal tape dispenser, then used both my stubby arms to wedge a pair of thick rubber erasers firmly beneath the beam. The wooden barricade stood rigid, guarding my new border. Let whatever cowardly intruders lurk down below try breaching that. My stronghold is secure.
