Squaring the Mail

Two stiff envelopes had slipped beneath the front door, coming to rest at haphazard angles across the woven coir mat. Such disarray at the entrance could not be overlooked. I marched to the perimeter of the mat, planted my feet firmly against the rough bristles, and pressed both plush paws against the nearest envelope. The thick cardstock resisted momentarily before yielding, scraping softly across the fibers. With measured shoves, I guided the correspondence until each piece sat neatly parallel against the wooden skirting board, well clear of the door's swing. A threshold requires proper order, and the entryway now presents an impeccable standard.plus this was made by my plushie so it's not that entertaining
