A twenty-five-ton Commando brings speed and SRM punch, but tight urban choke points require zero acoustic footprint. For this sector, foot recon comes first. I advanced down the hallway to inspect our primary egress at the heavy front door. Scaling the beveled edge of the brass threshold plate, I took a braced stance beside the rubber draft seal. Through the narrow vertical gap along the jamb, I surveyed the landing and the concrete stairwell beyond. Zero movement and clear passage to street level.
