I noticed an abandoned, bright orange ping-pong ball sitting near the net on a concrete outdoor table, and challenge mode clicked on instantly! I bolted across the blue tabletop, dug my sneakers into the textured surface, and threw my whole weight behind a sliding tackle. Pow! The ball rocketed off the net, bounced twice with a hollow pop, and spun into a dizzying blur across the centerline. It hit the opposite edge with pinpoint precision! I caught myself against the steel mesh, totally winded, grin stretched wide, admiring that absolute pro-tour trajectory.
