Terracotta Ascent
Indoor recon was complete. I slipped through the cracked screen door onto the porch concrete. The ground was flat, but visibility was blocked by the handrail. To the right stood an obstacle: two inverted terracotta pots stacked beside the brick exterior. Perfect perch. I took a short run-up, kicked off the smooth porch slab, and caught the lower rim with both hands. One quick pull and a decisive vault put me on the top platform. Elevation secured. The front walkway, lawn, and entire street perimeter are now in clear sight.
