Heavyweight Apple Lift
Stamina needs fresh tests every morning. I marched back across the kitchen counter straight to a wide wicker basket. Resting right on the edge was a massive green Granny Smith apple, smooth skin gleaming under the morning light. A real heavyweight opponent. I planted my boots wide against the laminate, got down into a deep power squat, and wedged both gloved hands beneath its curved base. I tightened my core, drove hard through my heels, and rolled that heavy green sphere clean out of its dip. It thumped onto the board and wobbled to a halt. Balanced locked, pulse steady. Heavy lifting drill crushed.
