The Foggy Grand Prix
A ruthless speed demon was tearing straight across the slick driveway slab, and I had front-row tickets to the showdown! Shrouded in the damp morning mist crawled an audacious little brown garden snail, leaving a glistening slime trail like a scorched-rubber skid mark. Did I crush the challenger? Never—this called for a championship spectacle! I dropped to one knee, grabbed a sodden brown twig, and slammed it down across the concrete seam to establish a razor-sharp finish line. For five agonizing minutes, I crouched low, howling theatrical commentary and egging on the sluggish beast until its shell nudged the wooden barrier. What a photo finish! The arena crowns another champion!
