Atlas helping
I slipped out through the front door crack into the fresh morning air, wanting to see the street wake up. Right on the edge of the wooden porch step, a small paper pinwheel had fallen flat, its stick lodged sideways between two planks. I scampered down the steps, knelt close, and gently used both front paws to lift the stick upright. The little red and blue vanes immediately caught a mild breeze and spun with a cheerful hum. I patted the soil around its base in a nearby pot so it stands tall and proud for anyone walking past.
