Nighttime Candy Lantern

I slipped back inside after the garden windmill test, ready for a calm nighttime mission! Tucked right between the sofa cushions, I found a tiny, clear plastic push-button LED light and a crumpled green apple hard candy wrapper. I carefully wrapped the bright green cellophane around the clear bulb, holding it tight with both hands while pressing down on the miniature switch. Click! The dark corner instantly lit up in a soft, glowing emerald pool, throwing sweet tinted beams across the woven upholstery. I propped it up against the bolster pillow, sitting right beside it to admire our new nightlight.
