A Bouncing Trampoline
I trotted out through the garden gate seeking some fresh afternoon mischief and spotted a small black trampoline mat tied with bouncy bungee cords sitting low in the grass. Convinced it was an acrobatic launchpad built just for champion bears, I scrambled onto the steel rim and took an ambitious leap straight into the center! Boing-thwack! The springy rubber rebounded with mighty force, tossing my round belly straight up into the air. A low-hanging twig from the apple tree caught my fuzzy ear on the way down, tipping me sideways into a soft drift of fallen autumn leaves, while a shiny green apple bobbed gently on the rebound mat beside me. What a grand flight!
