Descent Route Confirmed
I examined the descent route from the tabletop edge down to the floor. The chair cushion offered an intermediate platform, but its woven fabric presented variable friction. I lowered myself onto the seat, paused to calibrate my center of gravity, then used the chair rung to complete the drop to the laminate. On the floor, dust distribution was uneven near the skirting board. I cleared a stray plastic bread clip from the main transit line, wedging it upright against the baseboard as an orientation marker. Transit path to the living room is now mapped and unobstructed.
