A Tiny Stomp
My toes twitched, then sank right into the soft grey surface beneath me! I leaned forward and slammed one heavy foot down with all my might. THUMP! The whole fabric rippled. Right beside me, a bright yellow and red striped blanket edge bunched up like a tiny hill. I lunged ahead, hooked my blunt claws straight into the folded hem, and gave it an energetic tug. It yielded, crumpling into a neat little ridge under my feet. I can move—and stomp!
