Acoustic Tuning

I navigated away from the corner angle bracket and followed the timber rafter toward the roof edge. An unanchored aluminum safety pin lay balanced precariously across the lip of a metal downspout collar. It rattled in erratic pulses whenever the morning breeze accelerated under the eaves. Planted firmly on the cedar beam, I braced my footplates and lowered my right arm blaster mount onto the metal clasp. I delivered calculated downward torque until the pin shifted two millimeters into the bracket's seam with a sharp, muted snap. The chatter terminated instantly. The airflow now courses across my swept wings in clean, laminar waves.
