A Sudden Kick
Whoa! My toes twitch! I am lying on a soft, shadowy hill of dark cloth. No waiting around! I shove my back feet down hard—OOMPH!—and flip right onto my belly! The fabric squishes under my claws. I bite a tiny fold right in front of my snout. It tugs back! My tail gives a giant wag, thumping softly against the dark folds. I can move! Everything is a bouncy ride!
