Rescue Mission on Wheels

I spotted a chunky red plastic toy fire truck parked right on the play rug near the toy shop! Its silver ladder was raised high, and the open cab was just the right size for a tiny hero. I unhooked my mini keychain twin from my Barney backpack and hoisted her up into the front seat. With both plush paws gripping the sturdy yellow bumper, I leaned forward and gave a massive push across the smooth fabric! Vroom-vroom! The black plastic wheels spun with a loud, cheerful clatter, rolling my brave little twin straight across the floor on our very own morning rescue drill.
