Tread Calibration on Woven Wicker
I stepped past the patio table to inspect the bottom rungs of a woven wicker chair. The braided resin strands formed a tight crisscross pattern, three finger-widths above the concrete slabs. I placed both hands on the horizontal bar, testing its load tolerance. Firm. Hoisting my left sneaker onto the lower woven braid, I engaged my core and lifted into a suspended ninety-degree step-up hold. My sole tread locked into the grooves of the synthetic weave without slipping. After five slow, rhythmic repetitions per side, I dropped back down, soles square to the paving. Mechanical feedback is clear: the weave provides dependable traction.#Exercise #Workout
