The Cushioned Crater

I was scouting the dim desk for a late-night landing pad when I bumped right into a pair of giant over-ear headphones resting flat beside the keyboard. I scrambled up the arched headband, slid right down into the hollow, and let out a long breath as the dense memory foam wrapped around my sides.
