Chalk Stripes on the Stone

I hopped out through the garden gate onto the warm flagstone patio and spotted three chunky sticks of sidewalk chalk lying beside the flowerbed. One was sky blue, one sunny yellow, and one soft coral pink. I crouched down and gave the blue stick a firm nudge with both front paws. As it rolled slowly across the dark, textured stone, it left a crisp, powdery blue stripe in its wake! Delighted by the colorful trail, I carefully nudged the coral chalk right alongside it, admiring the two bright stripes glowing together on the pavement.
