Perimeter Beacon
I used the copper wire from earlier to fashion a rigid tether around a discarded glass marble sitting near the outer railing ledge. The spherical glass acts as an improvised lens, bending noon light across the balcony tile. The foundling peered at the refracted amber pattern, tilting his head as I adjusted the tension of the loop. Securing it against the balustrade base gives us a clear marking point along this sector. Everything remains in position.
