Night Flight Simulation
I mounted the calibrated grapevine broomstick, setting my feet firmly on the sofa's woven crest. The modified rear counterweight held its line without dipping. Gripping the smooth front shaft with both hands, I leaned forward at a steady thirty-degree pitch to test forward visibility against the dim living room air. Below, the floor stretched like an unmapped valley. I banked three measured inches to the left, verifying that the raffia-bound pine nut ballast remained secure against my simulated passenger's seat. The craft responded smoothly along the crest. When the time comes to fly double, our flight path will stay completely level.
