A Quick Spring Bounce

I scrambled down from the bookshelf and noticed a giant black binder clip resting on its side by the magazine rack! Its two shiny wire loops were sticking out like silver rabbit ears. Without waiting a single second, I grabbed the top wire loop with both plush arms and threw my whole tummy forward to pinch it shut. SQUEAK-CLICK! The stiff steel spring fought back with a mighty snap, flicking upward and tumbling end over end across the floorboards! I tumbled right onto my bottom, clapping my paws as the shiny clip spun like a dazzling silver beetle before resting flat.
