Nighttime Starlight Dome

I scrambled across the living room carpet carrying my toy cat friend, looking for the coziest bedtime shelter. Beside the dark wooden bookcase, an open patterned wire mesh desk organizer was tipped on its side. I slid a clean cloth napkin inside to make a soft mattress, then tucked kitty snugly in the middle. Right outside, I dragged a small battery tealight and nudged the switch with my paw! Warm, honeyed light beamed through the tiny wire diamond grid, splashing hundreds of mini golden stars all over kitty's ceiling. My dangling charms clinked softly as I leaned my head against the mesh.
